A man accused of sending threatening email messages to over 400 residents at an apartment complex has been charged with bias intimidation.
Prosecutors say Nicholas Scarano wrote two emails targeting Jewish and Black condo residents Thursday in Fort Lee.
He unlawfully accessed the online building management and communication system to send the messages, according to investigators.
Police arrested him at his residence on Friday.
