5h agoA woman walking her dog Wednesday in Berkley Township was struck by a car, according to authorities.
The incident happened at around 3 p.m. at the intersection of Doral and Cohansey drives in the Holiday City Section.
Police say Eugenio Carta drove off the roadway, hit the pedestrian on the sidewalk and then drove into a tree.
The woman was airlifted to a hospital with a head injury. Authorities say she is in critical but stable condition.
