2h agoAn Atlantic City man is charged in a deadly shooting outside an apartment complex, prosecutors said.
Kelsey Smith, 37, is behind bars and charged with murder in the death of 40-year-old Robert Stanley Davis after a shooting three weeks ago.
Officers said they found Davis unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the head outside the Shore Park Apartments.
