Prosecutors said 38-year-old Shaun Causey and 32-year-old Jamaar White exchanged gunfire near the intersection of Bordentown and Columbus earlier this month.
Bullets struck a home and a car during the incident.
Police said a 2-year-old child was playing outside at the time but was not hurt.
