Police say the driver of a Ford Truck struck a concrete block on the shoulder of the roadway while attempting to turn.
While the vehicle was topped in the middle of the road, a Toyota Corrolla heading south crashed into it.
Police say the driver of the Corrolla was hospitalized. The crash remains under investigation.
