A 79-year-old man is facing charges after police say he assaulted his neighbor with a snow brush.
Police say Chee Chang, of Closter, got into an argument with his 73-year-old neighbor. A witness told police that Change allegedly hit the neighbor with the brush.
The victim had minor injuries, according to police.
Change was charged with aggravated assault. Police say that Change already has a court order barring him from harassing the neighbor.
