Police say a 19-year-old man from Willingboro was shot and killed at a house party in Palmyra Friday night.

They say officers were called out to the party when they found Jonte Rice with multiple gunshot wounds.

Rice was transported to Cooper University Hospital in Camden where he later died.

The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office says this appears to be an isolated event, and there is no immediate threat to the public.

Anyone with information is asked to call police.
