The owner of a Newark restaurant is accused of drugging and sexually assaulting a woman at his establishment.

Prosecutors say 36-year-old Carlos Erazo-Caballero, of Elizabeth, committed the crime in October 2024.

Very little details about the incident was revealed.

Erazo-Caballero is the owner and manager of Stephanie’s Barbecue IV.
