(AP) - The Coast Guard has suspended its search for two missing swimmers off Atlantic City, and police have identified the teens.
The agency said the search, which went on through the night, was halted at 11 a.m. Friday.
The two teenagers went missing after going into the Atlantic Ocean on Thursday, after lifeguards had left for the day.
Police identified them as 15-year-old Ramon Quinn, of Pleasantville, and 16-year-old Kaliyah Hand, of Atlantic City.
Family members and police say Quinn tried to save Hand, but both were pulled under the water by the strong current.
