A kickboxing gym in Middlesex County is kicking new safety protocols into high gear as it welcomes members back to the gym.

CKO Kickboxing in North Brunswick is offering classes that allow members to choose an indoor or outdoor workout.

Trainers say they're providing options to those in need of motivation while ensuring the only thing to worry about is the workout itself.

There are temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the door, along with spaced out bags and masks.

Members must reserve their bag before a session. The gym also hosts a kickboxing and chill event every Friday night that includes an outdoor movie after class.
