A Lake Hopatcong man has been charged in connection to a drowning earlier this month.
Nicholas Zaran-Tonello was the operator of a pontoon boat when one of his passengers went overboard.
The passenger was found dead two days later.
Zaran-Tonello is accused of operating the boat recklessly and while under the influence.
