A Camden County high school student is making New Jersey proud.
Andrew Passalacqua was just awarded Camden County's Martin Luther King, Jr. Freedom Medal. He started a nonprofit called Crayons for Court. He raises money to buy crayons and coloring books to be given out to kids during family court proceedings.
He's given out thousands of them now. A junior at Bishop Eustace in Pennsauken, Passalacqua’s goal is to extend the program beyond Camden County and go statewide or maybe national.
