Those events happened about 24 hours apart for one New Jersey Couple.
Racquel Bruno and Ray Bansemer were supposed to get married on Sunday, but Bruno’s water broke 45 minutes before the ceremony. So they got married at the hospital, the marriage officiated by a hospital employee.
