Parents and students rallied Thursday in Wayne for schools to reopen.
All classes are currently virtual, with parents saying there's no word on exactly when their children could return.
One student, 12-year-old Nicholas Stilianessis, says he wants to get back to the normal way of learning.
"I miss the real version of learning, not having to stare at a screen, and having a true like connection where you don't get kicked off the internet, and get to talk to your teachers, and see someone in person, and actually get to explain something to a person and sit down, and with a teacher and actually get to have a conversation about what you are struggling with, and there is no reason why we shouldn't be able to do that."
Students have been learning virtually since November.
