When Naeen Malik opened up a wall to do some renovations to a home in Lawrence Township, he stumbled upon a time capsule of financial information.
Hundreds of checks, balance statements and deposit slips dating back to the 1920s and 30s tumbled to the floor.
The forms were from an account owned by a Robert Lindley, from the old Mechanics National Bank of Trenton, a bank name not in use since the 1950s. Malik has no idea how long they've been there, or if they are of any value. If you've got a tip on how to find out, go to our Facebook page, and we'll pass along your suggestions.
