Paramus police arrested a fugitive over the weekend who is accused of shooting a school safety officer in Philadelphia and firing at other officers during a road rage incident.
Ariza Giansteban, 28, was taken into custody after Philadelphia officers told Paramus police he may have stolen a gun and headed to New Bridge Medical Center.
He is expected to be sent back to Philadelphia this morning.
The shooting happened about 10 days ago and left the school officer in critical condition
