The woman accused of driving under the influence and crashing her vehicle into a family walking out of a Monmouth County daycare center made her first appearance before a judge Thursday morning.

Angela Arrigo appeared at the Monmouth County Courthouse in Freehold to face charges stemming from the harrowing incident.
