A fallen tree has disrupted some New Jersey Transit service on Friday evening.

Morris & Essex Line rail service was temporarily suspended in both directions between Morristown and Dover due to a tree on the overhead wires.

NJ Transit officials said that Morris and Essex Line and Gladstone Branch rail service is subject to some delays in both directions following a downed tree in the overhead wire near Morristown.

Midtown Direct trains departing from New York Penn Station will make all local stops, according to the agency.

Customers are advised to visit the NJ Transit website for alternate service information.
