An overturned dump truck has caused major backups on Route 78 westbound in the Berkeley Heights area as rescue crews tried to free the driver from the vehicle.
Firefighters at the scene spent almost five hours rescuing the driver, who was stuck between the cab and the guardrail. Details on the driver's condition and information on other individuals are not known.
