New Jersey will see drier weather over the next two days, but rain and the potential for some snow returns by Sunday.
Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Dave Curren says that most of the state will see rain on Sunday. He says the potential is there for some snow for areas in the north and west.
NOW: Rain continues into Thursday night, with some possibly lasting into the overnight hours.
OVERNIGHT: Rain clears out, but windy weather stays. Overnight temperatures cool to the low-40s.
FRIDAY: Mostly sunny skies with daytime highs around 49 degrees. Conditions are expected to feel cooler due to the wind. Overnight lows around 36.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny skies with daytime highs around 42 degrees. Overnight lows around 31,
SUNDAY: Rain expected most of the day, with the possibility of some snow in higher elevations. Daytime highs around 48 degrees. Overnight lows around 29.
COMING UP: First part of the week starts off cloudy, followed by increased sun. Temperatures to remain in the 40s and upper-30s.
