If you’re planning on retiring soon, a new study
says don’t do it in New Jersey. WalletHub has ranked the Garden State the worst
place to retire.
The website
released their list of 2022’s Best States to Retire.
Some of the factors attributed to the findings are: New Jersey is ranked 46th
for health care facilities per capita, 42nd for adjusted cost of living and 41st
in WalletHub’s “taxpayer” ranking.
WalletHub ranks Mississippi
as the second worst place to retire and New York taking the third spot.
Florida is the best state to
retire, then Virginia. Colorado finished third.
