New Jersey will see clear skies heading into Thursday night, but Friday is expected to be somewhat cloudy.
Storm Watch Team meteorologists say that cooler temperatures are ahead for the weekend.
WHAT'S NEXT: Tracking colder, dry weather for the next couple of days. Temperatures will be slightly below normal, but it's the drop in the humidity that will make it feel cooler heading into the weekend. There will be nice fall weather for both Saturday and Sunday.
OVERNIGHT: Clear skies with temperatures cooling into the 40s.
FRIDAY: Partly cloudy skies in the morning, followed by more clouds for the afternoon. Daytime highs will be in the upper-50s and low-60s. Overnight lows cool into the 40s.
SATURDAY: Mostly sunny and mild. Daytime highs around 60 degrees. Overnight lows cool to around 44.
SUNDAY: Mix of sun and clouds. Daytime highs around 62 degrees. Overnight lows around 52.
HALLOWEEN: Mostly cloud, with the possibility for some rain scattered across the state. Daytime highs around 67 degrees. Overnight lows dip to around 57.
COMING UP: Temperatures start to warm into the upper-60s for most of the upcoming week. Mix of sun and clouds. Conditions expected to remain dry.
