2h agoAn Asbury Park man was sentenced to 20 years in prison for luring and kidnapping an 11-year-old girl, prosecutors say.
Raquan Folk, arrested in May 2023, pulled up to the victim in Asbury Park and convinced her to enter his vehicle.
He drove her to Neptune Township and told her to disrobe. The girl escaped by persuading Folk to stop at a service station, where she flagged down a car.
Folk was sentenced in Monmouth County Superior Court.
