A head-on crash in Harrington Park has left a woman and an 8-year-old girl, who was ejected from the car, in critical condition.

The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office says the crash happened Wednesday around 7 a.m.

According to officials, a 34-year-old woman driving a Honda Odyssey crossed into the opposing lane of traffic and struck a Toyota Highlander head-on.

The woman and her 8-year-old passenger have been hospitalized in critical condition.

The 74-year-old male driver of the Toyota was also hospitalized, but his condition has not been released.

Prosecutors have not released the names of those involved in the crash.
