A 20-year-old man was killed after losing control of his all-terrain vehicle and crashing in Sussex County Monday.

New Jersey State Police said troopers responded to the crash at 7:48 p.m. on Brink Road in Wantage Township. Investigators determined that the driver, identified as Maddox A. Farber, 20, of Wantage, was riding a Polaris ATV northbound on the roadway when he lost directional control of the vehicle.

According to state police, Farber’s ATV veered left off the roadway and overturned.

“As a result of the crash, Farber was ejected and sustained fatal injuries,” police told News 12.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
