A 66-year-old man from Harrison sued ShopRite for wrongful firing. The man says the supermarket chain fired him for having a disability.
He says he told his managers at the Kearny ShopRite about a back injury, and says they replied by telling him they need a "more durable" employee. ShopRite fired him days later.
Shoprite had no comment on the lawsuit.
