Gov. Murphy: Limited indoor dining to resume, casinos may reopen at 25% capacity on July 2

Gov. Phil Murphy has announced on Twitter that indoor dining may resume at 25 percent capacity and that casinos may reopen with limited crowds on Thursday, July 2.
