Firefighters have brought a three-alarm fire under control in Paterson that left two people injured.
The fire broke out on the top floor of the NJ Eye and Vision Center at 977 Main St. in Paterson at around 9:30 p.m.
A Good Samaritan is being credited with likely saving the lives of two victims who were trapped in the fire. The two victims were taken to a local hospital in unknown condition.
