A freshman at West Milford High School is facing charges for starting a fire at his school.
The high school was evacuated last week after the fire in a boys' bathroom.
According to Northjersey.com, police believe a student threw a lit sparkler in a trash can.
The 15-year-old has been charged with third-degree arson and other counts.
