A Web site is allowing New Jersey residents to virtually vent their anger about unruly neighbors.
Rottenneighbor.com lets users plug in a zip code and complain about neighbors. The site also allows people to find out who has been complained about in their area.
Users say it?s a way to be honest and remain anonymous, but some say it?s not being a good neighbor. Some Edison residents say users have nothing better to do than complain about nonsense.
Some real estate agents recommend logging onto similar sites to scope out a housing area before buying a home.
