A once-flourishing Wall Township church has been foreclosed upon after failing to make payments on a nearly $5 million mortgage.
Parishioners and employees of the Shore Christian Center, who still hope they can regain the property, can be evicted at any time by the property's new owner, Waring Investments, of Clifton.
The Shore Christian Center pastor says the church lost more than 100 parishioners who've been hit hard during the economic downturn and were no longer able to donate money.
