An Ocean County man has a whale of a tale to tell – and it was all caught on camera at the Jersey Shore.

Frank Restivo says he was paddle boarding near Bay Head on Sunday when a whale emerged from the water to feast on some small fish.

After the whale had its meal, it descended back into the depths of the ocean.
