Union City got the first doses of the state’s Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine this week.
Annamarie Flores got the first shot at her Union Plaza apartment complex.
Gov. Phil Murphy and Johnson & Johnson CEO Alex Gorsky were on hand.
Clinical trials have found the vaccine to be 100% against hospitalization and death, and 85% against severe illnesses.
