Monroe police have reported that Barrington Strauchn and Keith Brown turned themselves in following an accidental shooting involving a toddler last July.
Strauchn faces charges of risk of injury to a child, while Brown is charged with failure to store firearms.
The incident took place on July 23, where a 2-year-old child was accidentally shot in the hand and foot but fortunately survived.
