The Triple Negative Breast Cancer Foundation, which is based in Bergen County, is making sure none of the women diagnosed with triple-negative breast cancer fight alone.
Not all breast cancers are alike, and triple negative in particular, gives women even less of a fighting chance since it doesn't respond to many treatments.
News 12 New Jersey’s Carissa Lawson emceed TNBC's "No One Fights Alone" fundraising gala Tuesday night, and donations in New Jersey and around the country helped the organization surpass their $200,000 fundraising goal.
The money goes to research and essential services.
