18h agoA tractor-trailer went up in flames Thursday after a crash in Edison, according to fire officials.
Firefighters say the incident took place on Route 1 North at Grandview Avenue just before 8:30 a.m. Thursday.
Two people who were entrapped made it out of their vehicles upon the arrival of the fire department.
The road was shut down for several hours following the incident.
The cause of the crash and the number of vehicles involved remains unclear.
