Cookie lovers, start clearing some space in the pantry. Girl Scout cookie season sales officially started on Monday in New Jersey.

Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey launched the seasonal sale, including the usual classics such as Thin Mints and Trefoils. This year will also mark the farewell season for the popular Toast-Yay! French toast flavored cookie.

“The Girl Scout Cookie Program is a powerful tool that equips members with essential skills like goal setting, money management, decision making, people skills, and business ethics,” said Natasha Hemmings, CEO of Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey in a press release. “Every box sold helps participants learn how to run their own businesses, tackle challenges, and make meaningful decisions—skills that will serve them well throughout their lives. It’s amazing to witness their growth and determination as they embrace these opportunities.”

This year's lineup includes nine varieties: Adventurefuls, Lemonades, Trefoils, Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, Caramel deLites, Peanut Butter Sandwich, gluten-free Caramel Chocolate Chip and finally, Toast-Yay!.

The funds raised through cookie sales are used to fund multiple projects, including camps and programs that help Girl Scouts develop various skills. In New Jersey, the Girl Scouts have three camps: Camp Hoover in Middleville, Camp DeWitt in Hillsborough, and The OVAL in Maplewood.

The theme for the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie season is "Embrace Possibility." The organization hopes the theme will inspire members "to dream big and tackle challenges with determination."

There are a few ways to purchase these tasty treats. If you know Girl Scouts, you can order directly from them. In addition, starting Feb. 21, cookie fans can visit the Girl Scout Cookie Finder online to purchase cookies for direct shipping or to locate a cookie booth nearby.
