A Monmouth University student claims she was sexually assaulted by the former president of the Alpha Kappa Lambda fraternity.
The lawsuit states that the university either knew or should have known the alleged aggressor, Dylan Bradley Mund, had a history of “preying on young women” and domestic violence complaints.
Mund was charged with second-degree sexual assault in the 2019 incident, according to published reports.
The lawsuit was also filed against Mund and Alpha Kappa Lambda.
Representatives from Monmouth University and Alpha Kappa Lambda did not wish to comment, citing the pending litigation.
