"Real Housewives of New Jersey" husband Joe Giudice will not be allowed to return home to await deportation hearings.

Giudice's lawyers recently requested he be allowed to leave a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention center, but a judge has denied bond.
Giuidice, 47, was ordered to be deported to his native country of Italy back in October of 2018, and has been behind bars since November of 2016 after getting sentenced for tax evasion.
Giudice and his wife, Teresa, 47, pleaded guilty in 2014 to financial fraud. Giudice is an Italian citizen who was brought to the U.S. as a baby and says he wasn't aware he wasn't an American citizen.
Teresa Giudice served nearly a year in prison and was freed in December 2015.
The couple has four daughters together.
