The husband of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is in the process of being deported, officials say.

Joe Giudice, 46, is currently serving an over 41-month sentence in federal prison for bankruptcy fraud charges.

According to an ICE spokesman, the agency is in removal proceedings to return Giudice to his native Italy after they lodged a detainer on him.

Giudice is a legal, permanent resident, but is not a U.S. citizen.

Giudice isn't scheduled for release until March, but could be deported before his sentence is up.

If he does complete his sentence, he'll be transferred into ICE care instead of returning home to his wife, Teresa, and his children.
