A New Jersey state trooper is in trouble with the law.

Eric Richardson is accused of falsifying records and using his position with the state police to pressure women into relationships.

Investigators say Richardson conducted illegal stops on at least two female drivers.

Richardson is accused of deactivating his dash camera prior to those stops.
