State police: New Jersey woman hit, killed by boat in Atlantic City 

State police say Norma Michaels, of Ventnor, was swimming in the area of a floating dock in Atlantic City when she was hit by a 20-foot Robalo boat.

State police say a 79-year-old woman was hit and killed by a boat Saturday while swimming not too far away from the dock in the Intercoastal Waterway in the area of Dorsett Avenue Bridge in Atlantic City. 
Norma Michaels, of Ventnor, was swimming in the area of a floating dock located at a residence on Boulevard Avenue in Atlantic City when she was hit by a 20-foot Robalo boat around 5 p.m., according to police. 
They say vessel operator Jeffrey Jastrzembski, 52, of Atlantic City, did not report any injuries and remained on scene.   
The crash remains under investigation.
