State police say one person has died following a boating incident in Ocean City.

According to state police, an unoccupied boat washed ashore Wednesday just before noon at the end of SeaCliff Road.

State police say two people were found a short time later -- a 59-year-old man died, while the other was taken to a hospital. The person was conscious, but in unknown condition.

The details of the incident are still unknown.
