While some county courses are closed, Shark River in Monmouth County remains open.
The county says it's "walking only" for players, and as a precaution, has shut down clubhouses, suspended food and beverage service, and removed carts.

Golfers are also asked to maintain an appropriate social distance and not touch the flag on the putting greens.
"Walking rounds only for golf, so golfers can preregister online and prepay,” says Karen Livingstone, with Monmouth County Parks. “They can walk over and tee off."
Although some courses remain open for now, Monmouth County says that could change in the future as officials closely monitor the situation.
