Six Flags Great Adventure is kicking off hiring for the 2026 fall season as the theme park prepares to launch its annual lineup of autumn events, including Fright Fest, Kids Boo Fest and Oktoberfest.
The theme park is seeking job applicants ages 16 and older to fill positions across multiple departments ahead of the fall kickoff in mid-September.
The seasonal hiring push comes as the park prepares for three major autumn experiences running through early November:

Kids Boo Fest: Select dates from Sept. 19 through Nov. 1, featuring daytime trick-or-treating and family-friendly Halloween activities.
Oktoberfest: Select dates from Sept. 19 through Nov. 1, offering seasonal food, drinks, and entertainment.
Six Flags is recruiting team members for roles including scare actors ("ghouls"), ride operators, food and beverage staff, retail representatives, security officers, admissions team members, park services and games operators.
Seasonal employees receive perks including complimentary park admission, free tickets for friends and family, food and merchandise discounts, scholarship opportunities, professional development programs and exclusive team member events.
