Aphrodite Deng captured another major victory Sunday, successfully defending her title at the Mizuho Americas Open.

The event was held at Mountain Ridge Country Club, where the New Jersey native emerged as the back-to-back champion.

The Mizuho Americas Open features a unique format pairing 24 top-ranked American Junior Golf Association players with LPGA Tour professionals.

Deng navigated the professional-level setting and pressure to secure the win against elite competition. She currently ranks No. 2 in the Rolex AJGA Rankings.

Deng was also recently named the 2025 Rolex Junior Player of the Year. Her repeat victory on home soil further cements her standing as one of the most dominant players in junior golf.
