Lawyers for former WWE CEO Vince McMahon, the WWE and a woman suing him for sexual assault have filed a joint motion to take the case to arbitration.

Janel Grant has claimed she suffered repeated sexual and emotional abuse by McMahon while she worked for the WWE from 2019 to 2022. Grant has also accused McMahon of assaulting and trafficking her to others within the company.

McMahon has denied the allegations.

In April, Grant filed a lawsuit against current WWE president Nick Khan, saying he enabled the relationship before firing Grant.

McMahon retired from the WWE in 2024 when the suit was filed.
