20ds agoThe sea turtles are finally back home at the Turtle Back Zoo in West Orange.
Lightning hit the roof of the zoo’s animal hospital back in August. Several sea turtles suffered smoke inhalation.
The turtles were being cared for at an animal hospital in New York for the past two months.
The Turtle Back Zoo's hospital has been repaired and is up and running again.
Officials say the community came together to help rebuild the beloved center.
