A school bus crashed into a pole early Thursday morning in Livingston, bringing down wires on the bus, officials said.
The crash happened on Westmont Drive. A police officer told New 12 New Jersey's Van Tieu that four Newark Academy students were on board the bus at the time of the crash, but none of them suffered any serious injuries. The bus driver was also said to be OK.
A PSE&G official said 25 customers who lost power as a result of the crash should have service restored by 3:30 p.m. It was originally estimated that service would be restored by 10:30 a.m.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear. An investigation is underway.
