Rutgers University officials have suspended a pro-Palestine group that was operating on campus.
Rutgers’s chapter of “Students for Justice in Palestine” was temporarily suspended after multiple complaints, according to a letter from the university. Officials say the group disrupted classes, meal periods and students studying.
The letter also notes alleged acts of vandalism at the School of Business while the group was meeting.
The organization is prohibited from participating in university activities during the suspension.
